Sub-Processors

ClarityFP engages the following sub-processors to provide the platform. By using the service you authorise ClarityFP to share data with these sub-processors strictly for the purposes set out below, under data processing agreements that meet UK GDPR standards.

Updates and notice

This list is updated whenever sub-processors are added, replaced, or removed. We will notify registered customers by email at least 30 days in advance of any new sub-processor being added, so you have an opportunity to object before the change takes effect.

International Transfers

For transfers to the United States (Anthropic, Resend, Stripe), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office under the UK GDPR international transfer framework. We also assess each sub-processor for adequate technical and organisational safeguards before engagement.
